Ihr würdet euch die Wohnung mit Manuel teilen. Er ist ein entspannter Mitbewohner und immer zu haben für ein Bier oder um zusammen zu kochen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock in einem Altbau, hat aber alles was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc.
Die Miete beträgt 530€ pro Monat (alles inkludiert) und über das genaue Einzugs- / Auszugsdatum kann man natürlich reden.

Near the Golden Roof in Innsbruck's old town, there will be a quiet, 25m2 room free from 21.07. until 01.09. Due to the central location, everything is very easy to reach.
You would share the apartment with Manuel, who is a calm roommate and always down for a beer or to cook together.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor in an old building, but has everything you need. washing machine, dishwasher etc
