Hallo und servus miteinander!
Wir suchen jemanden ab heute für unsere 4er Wg an der Universitätsstraße direkt zwischen Sowi und MCI I. Das zimmer ist auf der sonnigen Seite des Gebäudes mit Blick auf Haus der Musik und Una Pizza. (ab und zu riecht man auch den frischen Duft)
Miete liegt bei 422 € pro Monat und Kaution bei 379 €. Der Raum ist bereits möbliert mit einem hohen Bett mit extra viel Stauraum drunter, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mir Stuhl, Nachtkästchen, Kleiderstange und Beleuchtung (teilweise). Wenn ich 300 € dafür passt wäre klasse, aber da kann man gerne nochmal reden. Im Gang steht außerdem noch ein geräumiges Regal, das ich aus dem Zimmer raus gestellt und für Equipment verwendet habe.
Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein Kellerdepartment.

Looking for New Roommate in 4er WG on Universitätstrasse next to SOWI/MCI as soon as possible. Room is located on sunny side of the building and looks down on Haus Der Musik and Una Pizza. (and yes the pizza smell is brilliant)
Rent is 422 € per month and deposit/kaution at 379 €. The room is furnished with a high bed with heaps of storage underneath, dresser, bedside table, desk with chair, cloth hangers, and lamps, and 300 € is wanted for it.
There is also a Book shelf in the hallway that was used for equipment.
The flat has a big living room and a storage department in the basement.
