Helloo liebe Leute der spaßigen Wg-Suche,
In unserer gemütlichen 4er Wg in Wilten (Egger-Lienz-Straße) wird voraussichtlich ab (Mitte) Februar ein gemütliches Zimmer mit 24m² Nutzfläche frei. Du bekommst ein 16m² Zimmer und eine eigene feine Loggia mit 8m², oben drauf gibt's eine schöne Aussicht auf die Nordkette für €440,- all in.
In der Wg warten drei offene Mitbewohnerinnen (Sarah, Gloria und Isa) auf dich. Wir alle sind in unsren voranschreitenden Zwanzigern, studieren und arbeiten (mal mehr, mal weniger) und sind immer offen für Vino, Bergtage, jeglichen Boardsport, Kreatives und gemütliche Abende in der Loggia. Wir schätzen ein gutes Miteinander sehr und freuen uns, wenn auch du langfristig ein Teil unsrer liebevollen Gemeinschaft werden willst!
Ansonsten ist natürlich auch alles da, was man so braucht: große neue Küche, Wohnzimmer/Salon, Bad mit Wanne, extra Klo, Gemeinschaftsgarten und ne suuuper gemütliche Loggia. :)
