in unserer 4er WG in Mühlau wird ab 1. April ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist recht klein, mit ungefähr 9m2, hat aber einen Abstellraum dabei.
Kosten all inclusive (mit Gemüsekiste einmal die Woche) sind 250€.
Es wäre eine Zwischenmiete bis September, aber mit guten Aussichten auf Verlängerung.
Die Wohnung hat eine Badewanne, einen Balkon und eine gute Bus-Anbindung.

Hello Innsbruck
There will be a room available in our 4-person shared apartment in Mühlau from April 1st.
The room is quite small, with 9m2, but has a storage room included
The costs all inclusive (with a vegetable box once a week) are €250.
It would be an interim rental until September, but with good prospects for an extension.
The apartment has a bathtub, a balcony and good bus connections.
Wir (Thomas, Elisa und Esther) sind alle berufstätig (also keine Party-WG). Wir sitzen gern mal Abends zusammen oder kochen gemeinsam (vorwiegend vegetarisch). Jedoch hat auch jeder seinen Freiraum. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind also kein Muss, aber ein angenehmes Miteinander ist uns wichtig (Dazu gehört auch ein Grundverständnis für Sauberkeit).

We (Thomas, Elisa and Esther) are all working (so we are no party WG). We like to sit together in the evenings or cook together (mainly vegetarian). However, everyone also has their own space and interests. activities together are not obligatory thing, but friendly interaction is important to us (this also includes a basic understanding of cleanliness).
