Zwischenmiete Juni

Hallo Liebe Innsbrucker oder die es es (auf Zeit) werden wollen :)
ich suche für ein Zimmer in unserer WG für den Monat Juni jemanden.
Wir sind ich (Vivi 26), Lukas (26) und Amelie (21). Wir wohnen in dieser Konstellation auch noch ganz frisch aber wünschen uns ein gutes Miteinander, zsm kochen, quatschen oder sonstige Unternehmungen und dass sich jeder richtig zuhause fühlen kann. Wir studieren alle und sind seit etwa 1 Jahr in der Stadt können dir also schon ein paar Geheimtipps geben, solltest du die Stadt erst kennenlernen. Ansonsten sind wir ganz typisch gerne am Berg, Ski- Mountainbike, wandern oder klettern ist vertreten.
Das Zimmer ist möbeliert, mit Bett, Schrank, Kleiderstange und Stuhl!
Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Balkone und wohnen im Erdgeschoss also der Gemeinschafts-Garten wäre durch dein Fenster auch erreichbar :D Außerdem gibt es Fahrradkeller, Kellerabteil und Dachboden.
Miete beträg all. inclusiv 365 Euro.
Von unserer Wohung aus ist man direkt am Tivoli, mit dem Rad braucht man in die Innenstadt ca. 5 Minuten und zur Uni etwa 10 Minuten. M-Preis und Billa sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Hello dear Innsbrucker or those who want to become one (for a while) :)
I am looking for someone for a room in our shared flat for the month of June.
We are me (Vivi 26), Lukas (26) and Amelie (21). We are living in this constellation not for long, but we would like to have a good time together, cooking, chatting or doing other things, and for everyone to feel right at home. We are all students and have been in the city for about 1 year, so we can give you some insider tips if you are just getting to know the city. Otherwise, we typically like to go to the mountains, skiing, mountain biking, hiking or climbing.
The room is furnished, with a bed, wardrobe and chair.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies and live on the ground floor so the communal garden would also be accessible through your window :D There is also a bicycle cellar, cellar compartment and attic.
The rent is 365 euros all inclusive.
From our apartment you are directly at the Tivoli, by bike it takes about 5 minutes to the city centre and about 10 minutes to the university. M-Preis and Billa are within walking distance.
