Wir suchen für unsere WG in der Prinz-Eugen-Straße eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15.5 qm groß, hell und ruhig gelegen. Das besondere an unserer WG ist das große Wohnzimmer mit dem Balkon Richtung Süden :) Es gibt einen Fahrradabstellraum und ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
We are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment in Prinz-Eugen-Straße. The room is about 15.5 sqm, bright and quiet. The special thing about our WG is the large living room with the balcony facing south :) There is a bicycle storage room and its own basement compartment.
Mpreis, Öffis, Metzgerei, Post und Bäcker liegen quasi vor der Haustür und bis zu den Bögen ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Mpreis, public transport, butcher, post office and bakery are virtually on the doorstep and to the arches it is only a stone's throw.
Wir sind Marina, Benny und Marc; alle zwischen Ende 20/Anfang 30, bereits berufstätig und uns verbindet auf jedenfall die Leidenschaft fürs Snowboarden. Ansonsten arbeitet Marina im Bereich E-Mobilität, ist die gute Seele der Wohnung :D Benny organisiert Events, ist gerne Skaten und interessiert sich für Fotografie. Marc arbeitet in der IT und verbindet gerne Rennradfahren und Reisen. Unser Zusammenleben ist super entspannt; hin und wieder kochen wir zusammen, trinken ein paar Bier, schauen Fern oder chillen auf dem Balkon. Generell ist uns ein harmonisches Miteinander wichtig; wir sind nicht nur Mitbewohner:innen sondern auch Freunde. Alles weitere kannst du gerne bei ein, zwei Bier in unserer WG erfahren :D

We are Marina, Benny and Marc; all between late 20s/early 30s, already working and we share a passion for snowboarding. Otherwise, Marina works in the field of e-mobility, is the good soul of the apartment :D Benny organizes events, likes skating and is interested in photography. Marc works in IT and likes to combine road biking and traveling. Our life together is super relaxed; every now and then we cook together, drink a few beers, watch TV or chill on the balcony. In general, a harmonious living is important to us; we are not only roommates but also friends. You can find out everything else during a beer or two in our WG :D
