Wir suchen eine(n) neue(n) NachmieterIn für ein 17m2 großes Zimmer in unserer WG in Pradl!
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und wird unmöbliert übergeben, die Miete liegt bei 442€ plus 40€ für Internet und Strom. (Einzug ab jetzt möglich!)
Zur Wohnung: die Küche ist komplett möbliert mit Spülmaschine, Ofen & Kühlschrank; alle anderen Haushaltsgeräte sind auch da: jegliches Geschirr, Staubsauger etc.
Von der Küche aus, die auch unser kleines Wohnzimmer ist, kommt man auf unseren schönen Balkon, von dem aus man auf den Innenhof blickt. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt, eine Waschmaschine steht selbstverständlich im Bad. Auch ein Kellerabteil gehört zur Wohnung, in dem deine Ski oder Möbelstücke genug Platz finden :)
Zur Lage: Zum Sillpark sind es nur 2 Minuten Fußweg, die Tram Linien 2, 3 und 5 sowie die Buslinie C fahren quasi direkt vor der Wohnung ab. Im Umkreis von ~5 Minuten Fußweg gibt es Supermärkte, eine Apotheke, also alles in nächster Nähe!
Zum WG-Leben: Ich, Tamara (23), mache gerade meinen Master in Geographie und Nicola (29) arbeitet in der Logistik. Wir sind beide unkompliziert und gesellig und legen Wert auf ein unkompliziertes und freundschaftliches Zusammenleben :) In der WG reden wir zumeist auf Englisch. Zusammen kochen, Spieleabende oder einfach gemütlich was zusammen trinken sind für uns wichtig und wir würden uns freuen, wenn du Interesse an einem gemeinsamen Zusammenleben hast! Natürlich nimmt sich auch jeder Zeit für sich und macht sein eigenes Ding :)

We are looking for a new flatmate for a 17m2 room in our shared flat in Pradl!
The room is available as of now and will be handed over unfurnished, the rent is €442 plus €40 for internet and electricity.
About the apartment: the kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, oven and fridge; all other household appliances are also there: all dishes, vacuum cleaners, etc.
From the kitchen, which is also our small living room, you can access our beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. Toilet and bathroom are separate, of course there is a washing machine in the bathroom. A basement compartment is also part of the apartment, in which your skis or pieces of furniture will find enough space :)
About the location: It is only a 2-minute walk to Sillpark, tram lines 2, 3 and 5 and bus line C stop right in front of the apartment. Within a ~5 minutes walk there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, everything in the immediate vicinity!
Living together: I, Tamara (23), am doing my master in geography and Nicola (29) is working in logistics. We are uncomplicated and sociable and value an uncomplicated and friendly living together :) Most of the time we speak English. Cooking together, game nights or just having a drink together are important to us. We would be happy if you are interested in living together! Of course everyone also takes their time for privacy and is living their own life :)
