Die wg hat drei zimmer mit zwei balkonen, wurde frisch renoviert vor 2 jahren und hat einen old school fischgräten boden drinnen.
Ich würde die möbel gerne drinnen lassen.
Ansonsten ist das zimmer zur südseite gerichtet und man hat gleich in der früh sonne im gesicht
Wenn man im bett liegt schaut man auf die ski sprung schanze
Im stadtviertel pradl aber man ist in 3 min in wilten und in 10 min in der Innenstadt.
Der bis fährt direkt vor der türe. Es gibt einen billa plus und einen biba vor der türe. das tovoli freibad sowie die eishalle, ein sportplatz mit volleyballplätzen sind auch gleich neben an.
Zwei Mitbewohner die sehr viel Energie haben, gerne Kochen und viel Sport treiben. Egal ob ski fahren, tischtennis oder bierbong.
Sind immer gut gelaunt und trinken auch gerne bier.
Es ist also absolut keine zweck wg!
Die beiden studieren beide noch und sind deshalb im studenten rythmus. Mal hier mal da.
Die Wohnung ist im 7ten Stock, also top aussicht! Es gibt einen parkplatz und ein kellerabteil
