Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, 1 Bad und ein zusätzliches WC mit Fenster, eine große Küche und einen netten Balkon mit Blick auf die Nordkette.
Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind gerade einmal 1 Jahr alt.
Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und ein großes Fenster mit gemütlichem Altbauflair.
Das Bett+Madratze würde ich verkaufen.
Vorhang und TV Halterung bleiben sowieso drinnen.
Im EG gibt es außerdem einen Fahrradraum.
Die Wohnung liegt gleich neben dem Sillpark. Man hat somit eine TOP Anbindung an jegliche Öffis und reichliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Deine Mitbewohner werden 2 Jungs und 1 Mädel sein. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist wirklich super entspannt und es sind alle 3 super lieb!
