Wir suchen eine(n) neue(n) NachmieterIn für ein 17m2 großes Zimmer in unserer WG in Pradl!
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und wird unmöbliert übergeben, die Miete liegt bei 422€ plus 30€ für Internet und Strom.
Zur Wohnung: die Küche ist komplett möbliert mit Spülmaschine, Ofen & Kühlschrank; alles andere Haushaltsgerät ist auch da: jegliches Geschirr, Staubsauger etc.
Von der Küche aus, die auch unser kleines Wohnzimmer ist, kommt man auf unseren schönen Balkon, von dem aus man auf den Innenhof blickt. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt, eine Waschmaschine steht selbstverständlich im Bad. Auch ein Kellerabteil gehört zur Wohnung, in dem deine Ski oder Möbelstücke genug Platz finden :)

We are looking for a new flatmate for a 17m2 room in our shared flat in Pradl!
The room is available as of now and will be handed over unfurnished, the rent is €422 plus €30 for internet and electricity.
About the apartment: the kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, oven and fridge; all other household appliances are also there: all dishes, vacuum cleaners, etc.
From the kitchen, which is also our small living room, you can access our beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. Toilet and bathroom are separate, of course there is a washing machine in the bathroom. A basement compartment is also part of the apartment, in which your skis or pieces of furniture will find enough space :)
Zur Lage: Zum Sillpark sind es nur 3 Minuten Fußweg, die Tram Linien 2, 3 und 5 sowie die Buslinie C fahren quasi direkt vor der Wohnung ab. Im Umkreis von ~5 Minuten Fußweg gibt es Supermärkte, eine Apotheke, alles in nächster Nähe!
About the location: It is only a 3-minute walk to Sillpark, tram lines 2, 3 and 5 and bus line C stop right in front of the apartment. Within a ~5 minutes walk there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, everything in the immediate vicinity!
Liv (19) und Nicola (27), deine neuen Mitbewohner, besuchen das Abendgymnasium bzw. arbeiten in der Logistik. Beide sind unkompliziert und gesellig und legen Wert auf ein unkompliziertes und freundschaftliches Zusammenleben :) Nicola spricht Italienisch und Englisch, Liv Deutsch und Englisch. Zusammen kochen, Spieleabende oder einfach gemütlich was zusammen trinken sind für uns wichtig. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern würden uns freuen, wenn du Interesse an einem gemeinsamen Zusammenleben hast! :)

Liv (19) and Nicola (27), your new roommates, are visiting the evening school/working in logistics. Both are uncomplicated and sociable and value an uncomplicated and friendly living together :) Nicola speaks Italian and English, Liv speaks German and English. Cooking together, game nights or just having a drink together are important to us. We would be happy if you are interested in living together! :)
