Mein ca. 20m2 großes Zimmer (aktuell 475 inkl. Allem) in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung im Saggen wird ab 01.September frei! Deckenhöhe min. 3,5m. Wohnzimmer (60m2), Garten, Garage für Fahrräder, Keller, Balkon und alles was ma sonst so braucht is vorhanden.
Aktuell dort wohnend: nur Berufstätige Menschen anfang bis mitte 30.
Mitvertrag geht mindestens noch zwei Jahre, danach eventuell Verlängerung noch möglich. Es ist eine sportbegeisterte WG gerne wird klettern und Mountainbiken gegangen und natürlich Skitouren im Winter. Aktuell leben 4 Erwachsene (mit dir 5), ein Kleinkind 2,5 jahre (2.aufm weg) und ein Hund der nicht dein Zeug zerbeist und selten bellt vor Ort. Gegessen wird hauptsächlich vegetarisch. Die kleine Family is aktuell auf der Suche nach nem neuen Zuhause, also auf kurz oder lang wirds whsl wieder eine reine Erwachsenen WG.
Wenn du Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches zusammen wohnen hast, etwa im gleichen Alter bist und bevorzugt auch berufstätig, melde dich gerne!
