Das Zimmer ist 22qm groß und hat große Rahmenfenster, wovon man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt hat. Außerdem ist es ein sehr heller und großer Raum, der gut durchlüftet werden kann.
Ich Suche eine ordentliche und nette Untermieter/in für mein helles WG Zimmer in Schwenningen. Welches Von Juni bis zum Ende September gemietet werden kann.
Aus Hygienegründen bitte Bettbezug + wäsche selber mitbringen.
Die WG verfügt zwei WC Räume mit einem großen hellen Bad, einer Küche. Das komplette Gebäude besteht nur aus Studenten aus der HFU und DHBW.

5 min zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof und in die Stadt
7 min zu Fuß zur Uni
Fitnessstudio direkt um's Eck
8 min zu Fuß zum Aldi oder Norma
Die 5er WG ist gemischt mit Studentinnen und Studenten, es gibt zwei Toiletten und ein helles Bad, sowie auch eine Küche mit allen Küchenutensilien.
