Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert und ausgestattet mit einer top Küche und zwei Toiletten.
Das Highlight ist der große Balkon mit Sofa, Matratzenecke und tollem Blick (siehe Foto :)
Spacious room with morning sun and a view of the Patschekofel. Two large windows, beautiful herringbone parquet flooring and a quiet location between Liz and Line's rooms.
The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with a top kitchen and two toilets.
The highlight is the large balcony with a sofa, mattress corner and a great view (see photo :)
Die Wohnung liegt schräg gegenüber vom Billa auf der Andreas Hofer Straße. Quasi in der Mitte von allem. Du brauchst nirgendwohin super weit, bist schnell am Haupt- oder Westbahnhof und an der Uni und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu hauf.
The apartment is diagonally opposite Billa on Andreas Hofer Straße. Basically in the middle of everything. You don't have to go very far anywhere, you can quickly get to the main or western train station and there are plenty of shopping opportunities.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Liz, Line und Clara. Alle drei arbeiten und studieren Innsbruck, und sind nicht mehr in ihrer gröbsten Partyzeit, gehen aber ab und an gerne aus.
Wir haben uns gerne und verbringen, wenn wir zu Hause sind, auch Zeit miteinander. Es wird meist für alle gekocht und der Kühlschrank geteilt. Das heißt wir teilen die Kosten unserer Einkäufe, bis auf Spezialitäten, mit einer App untereinander auf. Wenn du etwas für dich haben willst, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem.
In anderen Worten wohnen wir zusammen und nicht nebeneinander. Unsere Wohnung ist sauber und wir haben einen tollen Balkon. Es wäre schön, wenn du das alles auch schätzen kannst.
Your roommates are Liz, Line and Clara. All three work and study in Innsbruck and are no longer in their party days, but like to go out now and then.
We like each other and spend time together when we are at home. We usually cook for everyone and share the fridge. That means we split the cost of our purchases, except for specialties, between ourselves using an app. If you want something for yourself, that is of course no problem either.
In other words, we live together and not next to each other. Our apartment is clean and we have a great balcony. It would be nice if you could appreciate all of this too.
Auf Wunsch können meine Möbel gerne übernommen werden.
