In unserer dreier-WG in Wilten wird ab Oktober ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer besteht aus einem Hauptraum mit ca 22 m2, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank ca 4m2 und eine Loggia mit Ausblick auf den Patscherkofel mit ca 9 m2. Die Miete beträgt 571,80 € (mit Wlan, Strom etc.). Das Zimmer würde teilmöbliert weitergegeben werden. Dies beinhaltet die Couch, Schreibtisch, Bett, Vorhänge mit Halterung, Wandregale und Regale im Kleiderschrank sowie die Kleiderstange, für eine Ablöse von 450€. Zusätzlich fällt eine Ablöse für die Waschmaschine von 50€ an.
Die Wohnung besteht zusätzlich aus einem Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, einem extra WC, Küche, Esszimmer, zwei Abstellräumen und einem Flur.

In our three-person apartment in Wilten, a room will be available from October. The room consists of a main room with about 22m2, a walk-in closet with about 4 m2 and a Loggia with a view over the Patscherkofel with about 9 m2. The rent is €571.80 (with wifi, electricity, etc.). The room would be passed on partly furnished. This includes the couch, desk, bed, curtains with holder, wall shelves and shelves in the wardrobe as well as a clothes rail, for a redemption of 450€.
