Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken, ein großes Fenster, ist innenhofseitig und ist mit einem schönen Holzboden ausgelegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, das Herzstück ist unser Balkon und die kleine aber feine Küche mit Gasherd. Auch die Lage ist super: ruhig, schön, zentral. Das einzige an was es uns mangelt ist Platz, da wir kein Keller- oder Dachbodenabteil und keine Speisekammer haben. Du würdest mit zwei superlieben Damen (Susi 28, Tabea 30) zusammenwohnen. Beide sind berufstätig, sehr sportlich und haben einen vollen, geregelten Tagesablauf. Dennoch finden wir immer wieder Zeit um uns up-to-date zu halten, beim Kochen Gesellschaft zu leisten oder gemeinsame WG Projekte umzusetzen. Beide haben stets ein offenes Ohr und sind um ein harmonisches, familiäres Zusammenleben bemüht.
Dein Zimmer wäre schon komplett eingerichtet: Kleiderschrank, Kleiderständer, kleiner Schreibtisch, Queen Size Bett, Kommode, Sofa mit Schlaffunktion und viele, viele Pflanzen. Mit 450€ im Monat wären alle Kosten abgedeckt.

The room has high ceilings, a large window, is courtyard-sided and has a beautiful wooden floor. The apartment is very lovingly furnished, the centerpiece is our balcony and the small but nice kitchen with gas stove. The location is also great: quiet, beautiful, central. The only thing we lack is space, as we don't have a basement or attic compartment. You would live with two super lovely ladies (Susi 28, Tabea 30). Both are working, very sporty and have a full, regular daily routine. Nevertheless, we always find time to keep us up to date, to keep each other company while cooking or to implement joint WG projects. Both always have an open ear and are concerned about a harmonious, family-like coexistence.
Your room would already be completely furnished: Closet, clothes rack, small desk, queen size bed, dresser, sofa with sleep function and many, many plants. With 450€ per month all costs would be covered.
