URGENT!! I am a clean and tidy person. I am Irish and I am here in Innsbruck for the winter semester looking for a room for me and my boyfriend. He is also a tidy person and is a carpenter and handy man so will be able to fix anything if needed! I study business management in the MCI and I am a B2 level in German. My boyfriend cannot speak German but English is our first language. We are both 20 years old and both can get papers from previous landlords to prove how we are good tenants if needed. We enjoy exploring and Innsbruck being in the heart of the alps is the perfect place! We love to travel and just enjoy the outdoors. Our budget is €800 maximum per month but will pay for utilities on top of that if that is required. We both have our full drivers licenses so can drive to the shop etc if anyone needs it!
