Hello beautiful people it’s Vis.
I’m gone for the summer and I’m subletting my room from July to September( both included).
About my flatmates:
My flatmates are both 22 years old, they study psychology and are really fun, but also responsible people to live with. They are really into techno and also in a collective here in innsbruck, but in general they listen to every kind of music and there is often different music flowing through the flat which is really nice. Well being brief they are really cool people and I couldn‘t be luckier to live with them. We have a lot of fun together, like eating together, drinking beers, going out or just having a chill game night.
About my flat:
It is located in Pradler Straße 36 and my room is 16m2 , the price is 350€/month all included. The kitchen is big and we have everything you need for some nice cooking. Also connceted to the kitchen is our bright loggia where the sun light comes in in the monings snd you can have a nice breakfast there with all the windows open.
About the area:
there’s a nice park (rapoldipark) 2 minutes by foot and a shopping centre (sillpark) 6 menutes by walk. Also a tram station right around the corner and by bike the city center is about 10 miutes away.

Hallo Freunde der Sonne, hier ist Vis.
Ich bin im Sommer nicht in Innsbruck und vermiete mein Zimmer von Juli bis September (beide inklusive).
Meine Mitbewohner:
Meine Mitbewohner sind beide 22 Jahre alt, studieren Psychologie und sind wirklich lustige, offene, aber auch verantwortungsbewusste Menschen, mit denen man gut zusammenleben kann. Sie lieben Techno und sind auch in einem Kollektiv hier in Innsbruck, (also können sie dir die guten spots in innsbruck zum feiern geben zeigen ;)), aber im Allgemeinen hören sie jede Art von Musik und oft strömt unterschiedliche Musik durch die Wohnung, was wirklich schön ist. Um es kurz zu fassen, es sind wirklich coole Leute und ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein, mit ihnen zusammenzuleben. Wir haben viel Spaß zusammen, wie gemeinsames Essen, Biertrinken, Ausgehen oder einfach nur einen entspannten Spieleabend zusammen zu verbringen ;).
Über meine Wohnung:
Sie liegt in der Pradler Straße 36 und mein Zimmer ist 16m2 groß, der Preis beträgt 350€/Monat alles inklusive. Die Küche ist groß und wir haben alles, was Sie zum Kochen brauchen. Mit der Küche verbunden ist auch unsere helle Loggia, in die morgens Sonnenlicht einfällt und man dort bei offenen Fenstern ein schönes Frühstück genießen kann.
Die Umgebung:
In der Umgebung gibt es einen schönen Park (Rapoldipark) 2 Minuten zu Fuß und ein Einkaufszentrum (Sillpark) 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke und mit dem Fahrrad ist das Stadtzentrum etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
