Hey! Ich vermiete mein Zimmer (ca 18m²) in unserer schönen, renovierten WG mit Balkon und 2 super lieben Mitbewohnern (m,w) Wir haben in der WG eine Waschmaschine, neues Bad mit Dusche, neue Küche mit Eckbank und einen überdachten Balkon. Aus dem Zimmer hast du einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Patscherkofel und vom Balkon/Küche auf die Nordkette!
Bei Interesse einfach Emailen oder anrufen und mal vorbeischauen!
Die Lage ist super, es sind nur 5 Gehminuten in die Sowi und knapp 10 in die Stadt. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum, der Sillpark, ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, dort gibt es einen riesigen Interspar, H&M, usw. Trotzdem liegt das Zimmer ruhig in einer Nebenstraße.
Wir sind eine sehr sportliche WG, er fährt viel Motorrad und im Winter, wenn es die Zeit zulässt, Snowboareden und sie geht Mountainbiken, Klettern, auf Skitouren und fast täglich Joggen. Da die beiden beide schon berufstätig sind, ist tagsüber (ca 8-18) quasi niemand hier, was ideal zum Lernen etc ist!
