Ich suche eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein WG-Zimmer in einer 2er WG in Iserlohn BiTS-campusnah zum 01.02.2018. Es handelt sich dabei um eine 3-Zimmer + Küche + Bad Wohnung mit PKW-Stellplatzmöglichkeit. Die Warmmiete beträgt ca. 280€ (inklusive Internet und Stadtwerke). Bilder der Wohnung sind angehängt. Ein Großteil der Möbel kann übernommen werden. Das zweite Zimmer, das aktuell ein Finance-Masterstudent belegt, wird zum Wintersemester 18/19 ebenfalls frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum REWE Kaufpark sowie zum ALDI Markt (Fußläufig in etwa 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen). Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung nahe dem BiTS Campus, den man in etwa 25 Minuten Fußweg erreichen kann. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie z.B. Buslinien befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Mitbewohner studiert aktuell im 3. Mastersemester an der BiTS und arbeitet Montags und Dienstags sowie den halben Mittwoch in einer Steuerberatungs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
Er plant zum kommenden Wintersemester 2018 ebenfalls auszuziehen, sodass dann auch das 2. Zimmer in der Wohnung frei wird.
