Hallo zusammen,
in dieser 3er WG ist ein Zimmer sofort frei und ein weiteres ab dem 01 September!
Die Wohnung hat schöne hohe Decken und verfügt insgesamt über 5 Zimmer und einen Keller. Die Zimmer haben 2 große Fenster und sind somit hell lichtdurchflutet.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 320€.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und dadurch sind BiTS und FH gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ist auch nur ca 8 Minuten entfernt und einkaufen lässt sich ebenso zügig. Die Anbindung zu den ÖPNV beträgt nur 5 Minuten. Der Seilersee ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Ich, Patrick, der nun schon seit fast 3 Jahren in dieser WG lebt bin ein Vollzeitschüler an dem Berufskolleg des Märkischen Kreises in Iserlohn. Das WG-Leben ist ganz entspannt bei uns, wenn wir gemeinsam Zeit haben wird auch mal was zusammen unternommen.
