The room is 22 m^2 and has a little Balcony that is 2m^2.
It has already a table but the bed, closet and courtains will be installed on the 28.th of February. There is also heating and more than enough plugs on the walls.
The bed will be double and the closet is 1.50 m long and 2m tall.
The appartmant is in a Family-Building near an elementary school so it is obvious that this is not a place where one can do a lot of noise.
Nevertheless, the bus stations (one for Garching and one for Studentenstadt) are 5 min walking. The buses will take you about 20 min to TUM/Studentenstadt.
Edeka is right around the corner.
You would live with 3 male-students: Liam, Rafael and Dali.
They are extremly friendly and will be happy to meet you :) We have a cleaning plan but we aren´t cleaning addicts. We just like not to have a mess.
We all speak perfect english and german but Rafael and Liam come from Latinamerica and they also speak spanish. Dali comes from Tunisia and speaks arabic and french too.
Rafael and Dali study in the TUM and Liam in the LMU. We play a lot of videogames and enjoy spending time together when we have the chance.
