Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss (2.Stock) eines Reiheneckhauses Es hat ein großes Dachfenster, ist ein heller Raum und hat eine Dachschräge. Das Bad teilen sich 2 Männer.
Im 1. Stock wohnen 2 Frauen mit eigenem Bad.
Die Küche und Waschmaschine/Trockner im 1. Stock teilen sich alle 4 WG-Bewohner.
Es gibt noch eine sogenannte "Library", die als Gästezimmer der Vermieterin dient. Von hier aus gibt es ebenfalls einen Zugang zu einem großen Balkon.
Wlan ist vorhanden.
Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht.
Balkonnutzung ist möglich. Die Mithilfe bei Schneeräumen im Winter ist Teil der WG-Aufgaben.
Es gibt einen nicht überdachten Fahrradstellplatz vor dem Haus.
Die Lage ist günstig zu Garching (Forschungsinstitute und Universität) und zum Flughafen mit der S-Bahn S8.
Busanschluss in 10min zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Reiheneckhaus steht eher am Ortsrand und man ist schnell im Grünen.
Wir suchen sympathische, offene, saubere und kommunikative Mitbewohner, die auch an internationalem Austausch interessiert sind.
Gerne auch Beschäftigte.
Die Vermieterin wohnt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses.
Wir suchen tatsächlich nur einen männlichen Mieter, alle anderen Anfragen werden aus Zeitgründen nicht beantwortet.
Mindestzeitraum für den Vertrag ist 1 Jahr, wir vermieten nicht kurzfristig.
