I'm a turkish girl studied architecture, because of my flatmates are leaving for erasmus semester in other countries now, I'm looking for a new flatmate for this nice flat.
It's in a new building, with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom,and
There is everything that you need in the flat: unlimited Internet, furnished room, washing machine, oven, fridge, hot water, etc.
One room is available now.
The first one is quite comfortable and bright. There is a bed, closet,tv and a table in the room.
Rent for this room is 525 TL
Of course all the rooms has unlimited internet and tv . The bills are about 75TL per person.
It's a safe area-it's in the middle of Besiktas!- most authentic quarter of Istanbul:)
It's so easy to reach all the hip places like Taksim, Ortaköy.
and the flat is also very close to;
the Beşiktas port 15 min by walking
Taksim 10-15 min by bus.
Yildiz Technical University, 7-8 minutes by walking
Bahcesehir University - 15-20 minutes by walking or 5 minutes by bus/taxi
ITU and Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University 10-15 minutes by bus.
