Geräumiges, helles 18 m² Zimmer in bunter WG im schönen Damenviertel zur Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung liegt ganz zentral im wunderschönen ruhigen Damenviertel. Bewohnt von vielen Studenten, Familien aber auch älteren Leuten, ist nicht nur die Wohnung sondern auch die Straße bunt gemischt. In der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker, eine Apotheke, der Lidl (bis 21 Uhr geöffnet) ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, zur Bahn sind es nur 2 min und die Unibibliothek (Thulb) ist zu Fuß nur ca 6 min entfernt. ;)

Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich ziemlich locker und alternativ. Durch die unterschiedlichen Tagesabläufe trifft man sich oft auf dem Gang, mal im Bad oder am Kühlschrank. Die WG besteht aus 4 Personen, bisher 2 Mädels und 2 Jungs. Jeder nimmt sich die Zeit und die Lust auf Menschen so wie er möchte, ohne den Zwang zu verspüren, sich unbedingt am Geschehen beteiligen zu müssen, sondern auch bei Bedarf zurückziehen zu können. Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, sondern ein Miteinander, bei dem sich jeder einbringen kann und in der man sich hilft und austauscht.

Wir machen alle sehr unterschiedliche Sachen. Clemens ist berufstätig und arbeitet als Maskenbildner am Theater Jena (durchaus auch praktisch für Theaterkarten). Clemens ist 25 Jahre alt und ein sehr lustiger, sympathischer, genügsamer, diplomatischer Mensch der jeden Quatsch mitmacht, von Umgestaltungen jeglicher Art (z.B Haare schneiden) bis hin zu Spontanpartys. Er arbeitet 20 Stunden die Woche und hat somit Zeit seiner kreativen Ader und seinen musischen Ergüssen als Hobby-DJ (Techno/Elektro) nachzugehen. Paul, der zweite Mann in der Runde, 20 Jahre alt, studierte bis März noch Physik und Philosophie auf Lehramt, pausiert momentan und kann so die Zeit nutzen, sich der Musik, sei es Gitarre, Klavier oder Elektro und dem arbeiten im Unicafe Jena hinzugeben und das nächste Semester zu planen. Er ist stets gut gelaunt, ein unglaublich positiv eingestellter Mensch der in jedem das gute sucht und findet und einfühlsam auf seine Mitmenschen eingehen kann. Ab September neu dabei ist Amanita. Sie ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Erziehungswissenschaften und Psychologie. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie Theater. Ein sehr fröhlicher, empathischer und unglaublich liebender Mensch wird da unsere WG bereichern!
Ich selbst studiere Deutsch als Fremdsprache und Sprechwissenschaft und werde das nächste Jahr für Praktikum und Studium in Italien sein.

The spacious romm is one of the brightest in the flat. The sun shines through the window all the morgning (if it shines...) ;) I would like to leave the furniture in the room so you have everything you need: A big closet, desk, chest of drawers, sofa and a 200x140 bed. Of course you can use everything but I would be happy if you treated my stuff carefully. :)

The flat is very central in the beautiful Damenviertel. Inhabited by many students, families and older people, not only the flat, but the whole street is coulorfully mixed. Nearby there is a bakery, a drug store, the supermarket Lidl (which is opened until 9 pm) is within 5 minute walking distance, the tram within 2 minutes and the library (Thulb) only 6 minutes walking. ;)

The life in our flat is quiete relaxed and alternative. Because of our different daily routines we meet each other in the corridor, in the bathroom or in front of the refrigerator. There are 4 people living here, at the moment 2 girls and 2 guys. Everyone is free to spend time with the others or alone, as you wish... But we are living here together so we help and support each other.

We are all doing quite different stuff. Clemens is working at the local theatre house as make-up artist (which can be usefull to get tickets). He is 25 years old and a very funny, sympatic, diplomatic person which is open to any kind of nonsense (like giving you a new haircut or having a spontaneous party). He works 20 hours a week and so there is enough time left for his creativity and music (especially techno). Paul, the secons guy, is 20 years old and until march he studied physics and philosophy. At the moment he is having a break and so there's time for music (guitarre, piano or electronic music), working at the Unicafe and planning the next semester. He is nearly all the time in a good mood and a very positive person who looks always for the good things (and normally finds them...). From september there will be Amanita as well. She is 21 years ols und studies educational studies and psycology. In her free time she plays theatre. A very cheery, empathic and incredibly loving person is going to enrich our flat.
I study German as a foreign language and phonetics and I am going to live in Italy for the next year to make an internship and study.
