Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert und verfügt über eine Matratze, eine Schlafcouch, Stühle, Tisch, Wandregal, Lampen usw. Ich pendle beruflich nach Jena, und für diesen Zweck ist das Zimmer wegen der günstigen Miete und der guten Lage unschlagbar.
Der o.a. Mietpreis versteht sich als Warmmiete (inkl. Umlagen und Betriebskosten). Die Zwischenmiete ist ab sofort möglich und kann, sofern gewünscht, maximal bis Ende September dauern. Ich vermiete aber auch gern nur für die Zeit des Sommersemesters, d.h. von Anfang April bis Ende Juli.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Talstraße 23 unweit des Jahnplatzes. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Drogerie, Kneipen und Pizzerien sind nur wenige Meter entfernt, zum Abbe-Campus läuft man fünf Minuten, zum Westbahnhof kaum eine Viertelstunde. Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke, der Leutra-Wanderweg (prima Lauf-Strecke) ist fast direkt vor der Haustür.
Meine Mitbewohnerin hat ihren Lebensmittelpunkt in der WG, mein Mitbewohner ist nur wochentags in Jena.
