Moin,
meine Mitbewohner sind hier fertig mit studieren und verlassen mich. Nun suche ich zwei neue MitbewohnerInnen, potenziell auch Dich :)
Die Wohnung bietet fast alles: Wirlpool, Tennisplatz und Motorcrossstrecke sind jedoch nicht vorhanden, dafür nette Nachbarn und Balkon. Internet ist etwas langsam, daher bedarf es eines zusätzlichen Sondierungsgesprächs. Ansonsten hab ich in 1,5 Jahren hier nichts vermisst.
1 Minute zum Kaufland (der bis 22Uhr offen hat) und 3 Minuten zur Bahnhaltestelle Emil-Wölk-Straße.
Der Spass ist schon für 155 Euro (inkl. Nebenkosten und Strom) für das kleine Zimmer (12m²) bzw. 165 Euro für das Größere (14m²) zu haben. Ich beziehe weiterhin freiwillig das kleinste Zimmer bin aber auch zum Tausch bereit (höhö). Die Kaution von 500 Euro ist verhandelbar, da ich sowieso den wesentlich größeren Anteil trage. Dafür ist die Genossenschaft bei Problemen und Schäden in der Wohnung sofort zur Stelle.
