Biete hier ein schönes und sonniges Zimmer mit Balkon zur Sonnenseite an. Von dort aus, hat man einen wunderbaren Blick ins Grüne. Die gesamte Wohnung ist renoviert und besitzt ein modernes Bad sowie eine neue Küche. Ein Keller ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch sowie ein Regal werden gestellt. Im Zimmer ist wie im Rest der Wohnung Laminat verlegt, also sehr pflegeleicht.
