Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende!
Ich bin Markus, 21 , und studiere Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der FH Jena. Ab 01.04.2012 wird in unserer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ein schönes ca. 13qm großes Zimmer frei. Dafür suche ich eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert/teilmöbliert oder auch leer übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung an sich ist ca. 60qm groß und mit allem erdenklichen Luxus (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Flatscreenfernseher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle...) ausgestattet.
Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, die Küche, sowie Bad sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorgesehen. Rauchen auf dem Balkon wäre okay.
Zur Straßenbahn sind es nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von zwölf Minuten wärst du so direkt im Stadtzentrum. Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Rossmann, Apotheke und Post sind auch nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Internet ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
