ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer für 2 Monate (ab 15.07.-01.09.) in einer 4er WG.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (20m²) und verfügt auch über einen Balkon, was speziell im Sommer echt toll ist! :) An Möbeln ist auch alles da (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Couch, …) Warm kostet das Zimmer 195€ und im Preis ist auch alles enthalten (Internet- und Telefonflatrate, Strom, usw.)
In der Wohnung hast du dann auch noch ein renoviertes Bad (Badewanne, Waschmaschine), eine Küche (Herd, 2 Kühlschränke, Mikrowelle und allem anderen was man so braucht) und einen großen Flur, der zum Unterstellen von Sachen genutzt werden kann. In der WG wohnen noch 2 Jungs (Matthias- 24; Manuel- 24) und 1 Mädel (Pia- 22), allerdings wirst du auch oft genug die Wohnung für dich alleine haben.
Die Wohnung liegt im Musäusring in Lobeda- Ost in der 4. Etage und ca. 5 min von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist super und ihr seid in weniger als 20min direkt im Zentrum von Jena…
