Hallo, da ich momentan ein Praktikum mache, möchte ich mein Zimmer für einen Monat lang vermieten. Wenn du in Jena eine langfristige Unterkunft suchst, ist das ideal, weil man dann vor Ort auf Wohnungssuche gehen kann.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, Regal und Bett ausgestattet. In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem eine Telefon- und Internetflatrate, und auch eine Waschmaschiene ist da, die du natürlich mit benutzen kannst.
Der Zeitraum der Vermietung ist der 14.09.-15.10. Ein Monat in der Wohnung würde samt Nebenkosten und Internet 200 Euro kosten.
Wenn du keinen Monat bleibst, dann ändert sich der Preis natürlich je nach Mietdauer. Also bei 2 Wochen z.B. nur noch 100 Euro, usw.!
