Ich werde ab Februar für ein Semester im Ausland studieren. Daher würde ich gern mein Zimmer vom 03. 02. 2012 bis zum 31. Juli 2012 vermieten. Es handelt sich um ein 11 Quadratmeter-Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Lobeda-West, direkt hinter dem Kaufland. Dementsprechend sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt (Emil-Wölk). Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer-WG, wobei die Stube gemeinsam genutzt werden kann. Sie hat einen Balkon, von dem aus man einen wunderschönen Blick über Jena hat, bis zum Fußballstadium im Sportforum. Eine Verlängerung der Zwischenmiete ist per Absprache möglich. Die Miete beträgt warm 164 Euro und das Internet (WLAN, 6000) 7, 50 Euro. Andere Kosten fallen nicht an.
