zu vermieten sind ab dem 1. März 2012 attraktive 16m² in Lobeda-West für 220 Euro Warmmiete.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank und Bücherregal. Im Preis inbegriffen sind ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, eine DSL-Flatrate und was man sonst so alles braucht, außerdem natürlich deine neuen Mitbewohner Heiner (24,Biologie, 5.Semester) und Lisa (22,Werkstoffkunde, 1. Semester).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Netto, REWE) sind innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Ärzte ebenso.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Emil-Wölk-Straße ist ebenfalls ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man so innerhalb von etwa 15 Minuten.
Das Zimmer selbst ist durch seine Südausrichtung schön hell. Die Wohnung verfügt darüber hinaus auch noch über einen Balkon, auf dem es sich nach dem stressigen Unialltag bei einem Bier super entspannen lässt.
