ich suche einen netten Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in Lobeda-West.
Zum Zimmer: es ist ca. 14qm groß und ist möbliert. Es ist ausgestattet mit Schrank, Bett und Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Bücherregal, Fernsehen etc. Ich werde dann mit dir absprechen was drin bleibt und was nicht. Mitbenutzt werden kann natürlich Bad, große neue Küche, Flur und auch ein Autoparkplatz.
Monatliche Miete beträgt 169 Euro mit Internet, ohne Nebenkosten.
Die Straßenbahn bringt euch in za. 15 Min bis zum Zentrum und eine Straßenbahnstation ist gleich vor dem Wohnheim.
Neben Wohnheim befinden sich Netto, Apotheke und eine Bäckerei; 3 Minuten entfernt sind Kaufland, Post, Deutsche Bank.
In WG sind noch 2 ruhige und nette Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. März bis 1. September frei, aber falls du länger bleiben willst, wir können uns verabreden, dass du bis zum 1. Oktober bleibst.
