Aufgrund des Auszugs meines alten Mitbewohners suche ich einen Mieter für das frei gewordene 18m²-Zimmer unserer 2er-WG. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und lässt dir somit vollen Freiraum zur individuellen Gestaltung.
Des weiteren stehen dir natürlich auch auf einer Gesamtfläche von 72m² ein kleines Badezimmer, eine Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, die alle möbliert sind, zur Verfügung.
Bis zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es maximal 100m. Von da aus fährt man 17 Minuten bis zum Ernst-Abbe-Platz. Auch als Nachtschwärmer kannst du problemlos die ganze Nacht durch in die Stadt oder nach Lobeda mit der Bahn gelangen.
Die nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheiten (Rewe, Aldi oder Edeka) sind jeweils etwa 3 Gehminuten bzw. eine Bahnstation entfernt. Sogar das Kaufland in Lobeda-West ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt aber auch ohne Probleme mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar.
Und falls du mal was im Klinikum zu tun hast, keine Sorge, das ist auch nur eine Station weiter.
Dein großes Zimmer, sowie die kleine aber feine Küche und das große Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, in dem wir schon so manche Party gefeiert haben, bieten dir viel Raum zur Entfaltung. Da ich auch viel in der Uni bin, wirst du auch viel Freiraum haben, in der du eigentlich machen kannst was du willst ;)
