Hallo,
ich vermiete ab sofort ein neu renoviertes WG- Zimmer. Ich habe selbst erst vor 2 monaten neues Nussbaumlaminat verlegt (80€ Ablöse)und das Komplette Zimmer gestrichen bzw. neue moderne Fliestapete (weiß mit schwarzen Schlängelstreifen) an eine Wand angebracht.
Die WG besteht aus einem Mann udn zwei Frauen. Alle sind nett, offen und zugänglich. Die Küche wurde erst neu gemacht (neue Ikea-Küche), welche natürlich gern mit benutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zu einem anderen WG-Zimmer, aber die Frau in dem hinteren Zimmer nimmt immer viel Rücksicht und klopft an wenn sie herein oder heraus möchte.
Unter dem Haus befindet sich direkt das Kaufland, die Post und weitere Geschäfte.
Bis in die Stadt zum Campus sind es 15min mit der Staßenbahn, welche auch in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.
Im Mietpreis von 120€ sind alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, TV, Internet) enthalten.
Wenn euch das Durchgangszimmer nicht stört ist es die perfekte WG. Neu und günstig.
