Hallo ihr lieben WG-Suchenden,
ab dem 15.4. wird ein schönes, helles Zimmer in Lobeda –West (Bahnhaltestelle Emil-Wölkstraße) frei. Es hat 16 m² und schön große Fenster. Den Balkon könnt ihr über das Zimmer des Mitbewohners mit nutzen, genau so wie die Waschmaschine in der Küche. Die Küche ist auch mit allem ausgestattet was man so fürs Studentenkochen braucht und lädt auch mal zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen ein :)
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Das Kaufland mit Apotheke, Post und Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke, man hat also alles was man braucht :) Zur Bahn sind es zu Fuß auch nur 3 Minuten, mit der man in 13 Minuten im Stadtzentrum ist. Die Bahnen fahren auch nachts, man kommt also immer nach Hause. ;)
Besichtigungen des Zimmers sind ab sofort möglich. Meldet euch einfach per Telefon bei Martin oder schickt eine Nachricht, um einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen oder sonstige Fragen zu klären.
