Das angebotene Zimmer hat eine Größe von 12qm (quadratischer Grundschnitt), großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Lobdeburg.
Zur WG gehören komplett ausgestattete Küche/Bad sowie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon (wird gerade saniert,Bauarbeiten aber in der Endphase).
Gesamtfläche 59qm.
Die WG befindet sich in einem von jenawohnen betriebenen Gebäude in Lobeda-West. Netto/Kaufland direkt um die Ecke, Staßenbahnhaltestelle in ca. 5-7 min Entfernung (15 min. Fahrt in die Innenstadt, für Studenten kostenlos ).
Durch die Überbauung der Autobahn ist die Gegend recht ruhig und man ist in wenigen Minuten im Grünen.
Ich bin 30 Jahre, studiere Materialwissenschaften und schreibe gerade an meiner Diplomarbeit. Auch nach Beendigung meines Studiums, würde ich erst mal in der WG wohnen bleiben.
Mein ehemaliger Mitbewohner ist bereits ausgezogen, so dass das Zimmer sofort bezogen werden kann!
Die Gemeinschaftsräume,der Wohnung sind zwar komplett ausgestattet, aber ich hänge nicht an den Möbeln, so dass du auch gerne deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen kannst.
