Hallo ich suche einen netten Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Neubau und 3 min vom Kaufland + Straßenbahn entfernt. Die Wohnung ist bereits teilweise möbliert. Die Möbel im Zimmer können von der Vormieterin übernommen werden. Preise dafür könnt ihr mit der Vormieterin verhandeln. Aber es ist keine Pflicht. Wenn kein Bedarf an einer Übernahme besteht, werden die Möbel entfernt.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit den Balkon und den Garten zu nutzen. Die Küche und das Bad ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet und kann frei mit genutzt werden.
Es fallen keine WG- Kosten an für Klopapier, Putzmittel und Müllbeutel.
