Hallo ihr Wohnungssuchenden!
Da ich mein Studium beendet habe, werde ich ab dem 01.02.2014 aus meinem Zimmer in Jena ausziehen. Das Zimmer ist 11 m² groß und quadratisch aufgebaut. Es besitzt ein großes Fenster, das den Raum erhellt. Außerdem ist das Zimmer im Sommer schön kühl.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3 OG in Lobeda-West. Man braucht zur nächstliegenden Straßenbahn 7 min. Mit dieser kommt man in 15 min. ins Zentrum von Jena. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es Kaufland, wo du alles Wichtige bekommen kannst.
Die Mitbewohner sind Patrick(19, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) und Michael(30, Geschichte). Das Leben in der WG ist entspannt, wenn man abends vor den Fernseher mit den beiden 1-2 Bierchen trinkt. In der WG ist Rauchen erlaubt. Es gibt in der Umgebung auch eine Wiese, die im Sommer zum Grillen genutzt werden kann.
