Hallo,
ich vermiete mein voll möbeliertes, sehr schönes WG-Zimmer, da ich drei Monate außerhalb von Jena studiere. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht: Bett, Couch, Schrank, Schreibtisch dazu TV und WLAN, und als extra ein Balkon.
Die WG wurde dieses Jahr erst komplett renoviert. Die Küche hat eine Spühlmaschine und alles was man braucht!
Die WG befindet sich in Jena-Lobeda (West), im ruhigen Plattenbauhaus in dem 4. OG. Das Haus ist renoviert.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke (Kaufland=2min; Netto=3min).
Bis zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es 3min Fußweg.
Ein Parkplatz findet man immer!
Das WG-Leben ist sehr angenehm. Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie studieren zusammen und sind auch im gleichen Alter.
Das Zimmer eignet sich super für neue Studenten, welche in Jena neu sind und erstmal anfangen wollen/müssen zu studieren und sich dann in Ruhe in Jena nach einer Wohnung oder anderen WG umzuschauen!
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Kosten (Kaltmiete, alle Nebenkosten, TV+Internet)
