Das Zimmer wird fuer fuenf Monate untervermietet, ist komplett mit Bett, Schreibtisch, kleinem Wandschrank, Kommode und Regalen moebliert, wobei es nach Absprache teil-entraeumt werden kann. Eine Wand ist angenehm gruen gestrichen, es gibt einen schoenen Ausblick Richtung Innenstadt. Gemeinsam mit den anderen Bewohnenden werden ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, Sofa und Balkon (ca.25 qm), Kueche, Bad, Toilette und ein Abstellraum genutzt. Die angegebene Miete bezieht sich auf Warmmiete inkl. Strom, Telefon und Internet.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, small closet and cupboard. The window has a beautiful view direction city centre. Together with the other flat mates you can use the big common living room with cozy couches and balcony, the kitchen, Bathroom and seperate toilet.
Die Wohnung ist im 9.Stock eines Neubaus am Stadtrand gelegen, jedoch um die Ecke (zu Fuss 4 Min.) gibt es Moeglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und sonstiger Erstversorgung (Netto, Kaufland, Apotheke, Baecker, Bank, Aerztehaus, Post). Auf der anderen Seite ist man sehr schnell im Gruenen, bei McDonalds, an der Autobahn, Tankstelle oder in Baumaerkten. Das Uniklinikum ist auch in 10 Min.zu Fuß erreichbar.

The flat is situated in the 9th floor in the suburb of the city. Although, you can reach the city within 15 min. with public transport. Nearby you can find supermarkets, the post office, farmacy, banks, bakery....You can reach the university hospital in 10 min. by foot.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist Studentin. Fuer gewoehnlich kochen wir gemeinsam, gehen zusammen einkaufen und verbringen gerne Abende im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer. Natuerlich ist das kein Muss. Es werden insgesamt zwei Zimmer zwischenvermietet, da Eltern mit Kind temporaer ausziehen. Das heisst, dass das andere Zimmer auch nur zwischenzeitlich belegt ist.

Your flat mate is a student. Usually we cook together, hang around in our common living room and have a good time...Of course you do not need to. All in all we rent two rooms which means that the third flat mate will be living here temporarily as well.
Die WG wurde vor 2 Jahren bezogen und frisch renoviert. Es sind viele Kuechengeraete sowie Geschirr, Gewuerze etc. vorhanden.
Meldet euch bei Interesse unter der angegebenen Tel.Nr.zwischen 8 und 20 Uhr wochentags oder 10-18 Uhr am Wochenende.
Es gibt die Moeglichkeit, diese Zimmer gemeinsam mit dem 27qm Zimmer, fuer welches ich auch eine Anzeige geschaltet habe, zu vermieten.
