Das Zimmer ist 12 qm gross und quadratisch geschnitten. Bett und Schrank wären noch vorhanden, falls gewünscht. Die WG hat ein schön grosses Wohnzimmer, man kann also auch gern mal ein paar Gäste einladen. Ein grosser Balkon ist auch vorhanden, welcher sogar mit Zigaretten entweiht werden darf. Inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt die Miete 185€. Inbegriffen ist auch 100Mbit/s Kabel-Internet, welches also wesentlich schneller ist als DSL. Insgesamt einer sehr nette Wohnung zum kleinen Preis.
Der Wohnblock befindet sich direkt neben der Altstadt von Lobeda, die Strassenbahn ist in 5 min zu erreichen und trägt den geneigten Reisenden in 15 min ins Stadtzentrum, Tag und Nacht. Aldi, Netto, Rewe und Kaufland sowie allerlei andere Läden sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In kürzester Zeit ist man auch im Grünen, allem voran der Aufstieg zur Lobdeburg.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und so involviert, wie du das willst. WG-Dienste wie putzen und WG-Einkäufe sind reglementiert, sodass jeder mal dran ist. Ich bin freundlich und entspannt und natürlich auch sonst total grossartig und super.
Das Zimmer nebenan(10qm, 177€) wird wohl übrigens wohl auch bald frei, wer also noch gerne eine/n gute/n Freund/Freundin/Butler/Persönlichen Assistenten mitbringen möchte oder einfach nur ein billigeres Zimmer braucht kann sich hier angesprochen fühlen.
