Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und quadratisch, wodurch man es sehr schön gestalten kann!
Das Bad in der WG ist zwar nicht das Größte, dafür aber mit einer Waschmaschine und einer Badewanne ausgerüstet.
Eine Küchenzeile ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Im großen Wohnbereich (19qm) ist neben einen Essbereich auch eine Sofaecke eingerichtet. Zudem geht von dort ein großer und schöner Balkon weg.
Das Zimmer kann bei bedarf ab sofort übernommen werden, wir können uns aber natürlich auch einigen und du kannst auch erst im Juli/August rein, fragt einfach, wir werden uns schon einig ;)
Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr guten Lage! Zu Fuß benötigt man gerade mal 3 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bahnstation. Von dort aus gelangt man dann in ca. 12 min ins Stadt-Zentrum und an die Uni.
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene und freundliche Studenten WG.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:
Martin ist 20 und studiert Geschichte und Geographie auf Lehramt.
Jakob ist 22 und studiert Sport und Geographie auf Lehramt.
Wir wollen keine Zweck WG.
