Hello,
I am looking for a subtenant for my 3-Room apartment. The room is 10 m², apartment is 59 m² and has a single bed (mattress will also be provided), writing desk, chair and 2 cupboards.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Internet, balcony, bathroom and washing machine.
It is located at Felix-Auerbach Straße in Lobeda-West. Kaufland, Netto, Tram station is within walking distance of 3 - 5 mins. Refer to google maps.
Initially the room is only available from 01-12-2017 till 31-01-2018 for 2 months. An extension to the subtenant agreement beyond 31-01-2018 is possible depending on certain conditions.

Netto, Kaufland only 3 mins. Tram station only 3 mins. City Centre 15 mins by tram. University klinikum is only 5 mins by tram. There is also a Chinese restaurant next to kaufland and of course every restaurant delivers. It is also a very lively neighborhood. DHL is only 4 mins. Sparkasse is across the street.
Only me lives in the apartment. I am working in a company in Jena and generally prefer to have peaceful evenings. Preference will be given to a non-smoker. It goes without saying, if you are into drugs or other crap, don't even bother calling. Also, if you are a heavy drinker, then once again don't bother.

It might be possible to rent you the apartment for more than 2 months. But it depends on the compatibility and agreement in sharing the apartment without problems.
