In der Nähe befindet sich eine Deutsche Bank, zahlreiche Ärzte, Bäcker, Netto, Rewe , Aldi, Rossmann, Ernsting's Family sowie Kaufland.
Zum Stadtzentrum fährt man eine Viertel Stunde, nicht länger. D.h. innerhalb einer Viertelstunde wärst du bspw. in der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität. Die tram erreicht man in 5 min.
Das Universitätsklinikum ist in 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
