Nice and cozy flat share in jena

Hello, the room is a nice and cozy flat in a 4 share in jena lobeda, the room has almost all the needed furniture in it (table, computer chair, tv, monitor, sofa, bed, cupboard, storage boxes and some plants) which I am leaving all behind and can be taken by you without any extra fee. The room is easily accessible by the public transport within 5mins walks, nearby tram stops within 4 to 5 mins of walk are lobeda-ost, Schlegel straße.
There is a netto nearby which is also of 5mins walk, rewe and aldi are just a tram stop away, couple of parks around the flat if you are interested in a evening walk or jog, lot of greenery just behind the flat.
One important thing is the flat share is only available for 2 months from 1st of June to end of July, as the apartment is going to be renovated we need to vacate the apartment at the end of July (31st july).
Coming to my flat mates, lennart is the main tenant who usually does not stay in the flat but keeps a track of the flat and clear if some issues or always ready to help you with anything. Ashwin is from india, he is working in jena as a design engineer, so he will not be at home in the mornings, coming to devaneeth, he is from Sri Lanka, he is doing his nursing course in jena, in the mornings pretty much the flat will be empty. But often people meet in the kitchen while cooking for a small chats. Everyone is friendly and easy going.

Hallo, das Zimmer ist eine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung in einer 4er WG in Jena-Lobeda, das Zimmer hat fast alle benötigten Möbel (Tisch, Computerstuhl, Fernseher, Monitor, Sofa, Bett, Schrank, Aufbewahrungsboxen und einige Pflanzen), die ich alle zurücklasse und von Ihnen ohne zusätzliche Gebühr genommen werden können. Das Zimmer ist leicht erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß, in der Nähe Straßenbahnhaltestellen innerhalb von 4 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß sind lobeda-ost, Schlegel straße.
Es gibt einen Netto in der Nähe, die auch von 5 Minuten zu Fuß, rewe und aldi sind nur eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt, ein paar Parks rund um die Wohnung, wenn Sie in einem Abendspaziergang oder joggen interessiert sind, viel Grün direkt hinter der Wohnung.
Eine wichtige Sache ist, dass die WG nur für 2 Monate vom 1. Juni bis Ende Juli verfügbar ist, da die Wohnung renoviert Wohnung Ende Juli räumen.
Zu meinen Mitbewohnern: Lennart ist der Hauptmieter, der normalerweise nicht in der Wohnung wohnt, aber er behält die Wohnung im Auge und klärt, wenn es Probleme gibt, oder ist immer bereit, bei allem zu helfen. Ashwin kommt aus Indien, er arbeitet in Jena als Konstrukteur, also ist er morgens nicht zu Hause, und Devaneeth kommt aus Sri Lanka, er macht seinen Krankenpflegekurs in Jena, morgens ist die Wohnung fast leer. Aber oft trifft man sich in der Küche beim Kochen für einen kleinen Plausch. Alle sind freundlich und entspannt.
