Da mein bisheriger Mitbewohner ausgezogen ist suche ich eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). Dein Zimmer wäre ~ 16 qm groß, Fenster zur Süd-Ostseite, also angenehm hell. Die Wohnung ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Küche, Bad und einem Kellerabteil (fürs Rad etc.)
DSL Flat ist verfügbar, aber noch nicht bestellt, wenn du mitmachst haben wir in 4-5 Wochen eine ...
Verkehrsanbindung ist super, 3 Minuten zur Bahn, 4 Minuten zum Bus und damit ~ 10 min in die Stadt. Zu Fuß sinds gut 30 Minuten, also auch wenn mal wieder Streik ist kommt man in die Uni :-) Ansonsten sinds 5 Minuten zum Kaufland oder 3 Minuten zum Rewe & zum Bäcker.
In der Wohnung wohne noch ich, 22, Jurastudent, nicht so oft zu Hause da viel in der Bibliothek, in der Musikschule und beim Sport (Kendo). Bin ansonsten eher un-juristisch (nicht-arrogant, humorvoll und hilfsbereit).
