ich biete ab sofort ein 16qm großes, helles und geräumiges unmöbliertes Zimmer zur unbefristeten Miete an.
Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof gerichtet und du hast über das Fenster:) oder Zimmer eines Mitbewohners zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Starßenbahnhaltestelle "An der Eule" gelegen und man braucht mit der Bahn nur 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt (30min zu Fuß).
Du kannst auch ein Fahrrad oder Auto mitbringen, denn zur Wohnung gehören auch ein Keller und ein eigener Stellplatz
Wenn dich die Beschreibuung anspricht, komm vorbei und schau es dir an. Kontakt kannst du bei mir (Sebastian) aufnehmen. Da ich schon ausgezogen bin und nicht mehr in Jena wohne, nimmst du am Besten direkt Kontakt in der WG bei Stefan auf um evtl. gleich einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen.
