Die Zweiraumwohnung hat 2 nahezu gleich große Zimmer und liegt im 2. Stock eines 5-WE-Hauses. Über die Küche kommt man auf einen kleinen Balkon mit Aussicht in den rückwärtigen Garten.
Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller in einem Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinenraum.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Dornburger Str. Nähe Emil-Höllein-Platz. Die Straßenbahn hat man gleich vor der Nase. Ein Supermarkt ist auch nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt.
Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Der derzeitige Mitbewohner zieht in wenigen Tagen aus, eine Nachmieterin ist nur tageweise zum Übernachten anwesend.
