Since I have to move out and live closer to my work place, my beautiful 11sqm room is now looking for a new tenant since Mid of April. the large window in the room has a beautiful view and keeps the room bright. Our windows were recently replaced, so you do not hear any noises. I would like to hand over the room with wardrobe, book shelf, tv bank, a bed (90x200cm) with mattress (used only for 1 year) for a small fee of 200 euros.

Da ich ausziehen muss und näher an meinem Arbeitsplatz wohne, sucht mein schönes 11qm Zimmer ab Mitte April einen Nachmieter.Das große Fenster im Zimmer hat eine schöne Aussicht und hält das Zimmer hell. Die Fenster wurden vor kurzem ausgetauscht, so dass man keine Geräusche hört. Ich möchte das Zimmer mit Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, TV-Bank, einem Bett (90x200cm) mit Matratze (nur 1 Jahr benutzt) für eine geringe Gebühr von 200 Euro abgeben

The flatshare is located in the north of Jena, where you can reach supermarkets within 2-5 minutes of walking distance (REWE, Lidl). Tram and bus can be reached within 5 minutes. We are also not so far from the greenery, which is great for walks! City centre can be reached with 7 minutes via bus or tram or 15 minutes by walk.

Die WG befindet sich im Norden Jenas, wo man in 2-5 Gehminuten Supermärkte erreichen kann (REWE, Lidl). Straßenbahn und Bus sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem ist es nicht weit ins Grüne, was zu Spaziergängen einlädt! Das Stadtzentrum ist mit Bus und Straßenbahn in 7 Minuten oder zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

May (studying Political Science) and Elisabeth (studying Economics) are super nice and are always ready to participate in a chat and talk about the day, have a cup of tea/ coffee or a glass of wine, bake together, sometimes plan for a brunch, watch a movie, go for a walk or even give you space when you need a rest from the exhausting day.
